Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsible for delivering a consistent Five-Star Customer Service ExperienceInteract with customers in a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional mannerSupport store operations and inventory management to ensure an exceptional shopping experience

Responsibilities
• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and through virtual chats• Communicate clearly and adapt style to suit customer needs• Resolve conflicts and address customer concerns• Promote alteration services and personalization options• Maintain store-standards and dress code policy• Respond to customer questions and provide product and service information• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships• Process orders, receive merchandise, and maintain first quality standards• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap• Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years prior retail experience• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and crawl• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds• Good vision and proficiency with computers and electronic devices
