Responsibilities
• Interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and through virtual chats• Maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach• Using systems to manage customer flow and ensure a five-star customer service experience• Resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary• Promoting alteration services and personalization options• Maintaining store standards and supporting sales promotions and visual updates• Processing orders, receiving merchandise, and assisting with inventory management• Handling cash wrap transactions with accuracy• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, adapt style to suit customers• Excellent phone skills and problem-solving abilities• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time• Good visual and auditory abilities for using electronic devices and phones
