Receptionist/ Bus Driver

Cache Valley Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our new receptionist/ bus driver! This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment.
Anticipated hours would be 10 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities: Answering phones Communicating resident's needs with the care staff Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns Scheduling Filing Maintaining records Timesheet corrections Any other duties as assigned by the administrator Driving the bus taking residents to appointments. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft office Be able to multitask Be a team player Have a friendly attitude Possess a love for the elderly population Excellent time management Able to remain calm under pressure Valid driver's license, with good driving record A background check First Aid/CPR and TB test are required upon hire.
