Responsibilities
• Provide a professional customer service experience to all customers• Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge• Represent and uphold the standards of the BMW and Porsche brands• Provides receptionist, administrative and secretarial support• Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department• Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel• Perform various clerical duties• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures• Be a multi-tasker• Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges• Excellent Customer Service Skills
Requirements
• Possess pleasant phone personality and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction• Dependable, efficient, and able to multi-task with emotional control• Proven track record of attendance and punctuality• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
