• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.• Answer phone calls from leads, providing exceptional customer service.• Safely drive the after-school van, ensuring the well-being and comfort of children.• Manage kids during transportation, fostering a secure and positive environment.• Set up lead appointments and schedule appointments efficiently.• Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.• Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry and document transcribing.• Proofread documents to maintain accuracy and professionalism.• Handle payments and manage merchandise transactions.• Assist in administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.• Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus.• Driver's License• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Proficient in typing and data entry.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
