Austin Avenue STE 105, Denison, Texas Job Description: Provides general clerical support, documentation, checking and assistance in office and/or field areas.
Functional Requirements: Performs basic clerical functions including filing, copying, binding reports, typing and checking documentation, invoices, correspondence, etc. Proofreads records or forms. Operates business machines/software programs such as calculators, typewriters, computers, faxes, copiers, etc. Receives and coordinates storage of packages, office supply deliveries, etc. May answer, screen and direct telephone calls. May compile and prepare various reports. May coordinate and process general administrative work, for example, time sheets, vacation requests, supply requisitions, etc. Performs additional assignments as required. Always maintains a clean and safe work environment. Qualification Standards: Minimum one (1) year of experience or equivalent combinations of experience and training Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications May be required to have knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows, and other various software Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. Pre-employment/post-employment qualification test, if applicable. Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
