Job description: Ralph's on the Park is looking for a high quality Receiver to help our restaurant receive for, organize and maintain our storage areas. This person will hold standards throughout the restaurant and will be responsible for all deliveries.
Responsibilities: Read invoices and packing slips with care and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of incoming deliveries. Check, inspect, and verify all incoming food and beverage, ensuring that products are acceptable and orders are accurate. Check all incoming seafood deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring they match the order and meet our restaurant's standards. Verify that all seafood is stored correctly and at the correct temperature. Maintain cleanliness of the walk-in freezer, storage areas, and dry storage. Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that the correct products are received on time. Perform other duties as assigned.
