Your role in our mission Process and reconcile drug rebate payments with meticulous attention to detail, meeting timelines and contractual requirements. Proactively secure payment paperwork from drug manufacturers, following up on outstanding balances to expedite resolution. Collaborate with internal and external customers, maintaining a centralized CCN tracking spreadsheet and communicating correspondence updates. Consistently meet quality and production standards while supporting initiatives to improve departmental efficiency. Actively participate in and contribute to the successful execution of special projects. What we're looking for Proficiency in using Remote Desktop Connection and basic 10-key. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a general knowledge of PC/Windows Operating Systems. Experience with document editing software like Adobe is a plus. A keen eye for accuracy and detail, coupled with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams. Commitment to maintaining regular attendance, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. What you should expect in this role Video cameras must be used during all interviews. In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. The pay range for this position is $31,400.00 - $44,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
