Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm; Occasional overtime
Salary: $3,400 - $5,000 per month, depending on experience
Duties Include: Processing of rent and other periodic payments Pay and monitor outside insurance for trust clientele. Process income and credits for retains and related revolving credit accounts. Paper and digital records management Incoming correspondence and billing Transfer of property management statements to trust accounting systems. Parking lot management Prepare paperwork prior to and after property inspections are completed. Update records for rent adjustments and other lease changes. Required Qualifications High School GED or equivalent Ability to complete multiple and varying client requests in a timely fashion. Ability to communicate effectively in-person, via phone and email. Ability to learn and use all trust and banking software. Microsoft Office/Computer Knowledge required, specific emphasis on Word and Excel Attributes: Ability to work professionally with customers and co-workers. Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail. Ability to comply with established procedures. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand at a computer monitor for extended periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand and arm movements. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to reach, squat, bend and manually manipulate standard office equipment. Ability to clearly speak, hear, see, and communicate with customers and co-workers of all levels.
