Identify and evaluate potential wholesale opportunities, considering market trends and property values. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of sales targets. Provide guidance and coaching to enhance the team's sales and negotiation skills. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for wholesale transactions. Analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes. Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure wholesale deals to ensure optimal terms and conditions for the company. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with sellers and buyers. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with real estate professionals, brokers, and industry contacts to expand the network of potential wholesale opportunities. Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes for potential wholesale deals, ensuring accurate property assessments and risk mitigation. Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
