Real Estate Transactions & Finance Associate Attorney

Our client is looking for innovative and forward-thinking associates with a minimum of three years' experience in real estate transactions to join their Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice.

Transaction Sectors: Healthcare, technology and digital media, cannabis, consumer products, entertainment, energy/alternative energy, financial services, and fintech. Approach: Combines professional services and deep industry expertise. Client Relationships: Builds strong connections and delivers cutting-edge work in a dynamic legal and business environment. Candidate Profile: Experience Required: Minimum of three years in real estate transactions. Transaction Types: Includes acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts. Skills Needed: Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases, subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, and property management agreements. Experience in joint venture and project finance is a plus. Requirements: At least three years of broad transactional real estate experience. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills. A self-starter capable of managing multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration. Effective and efficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence. Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice.
