Real Estate Property Manager

Our property management firm is looking for a Part-Time Property Manager.We are looking for our next great Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for property management, including local marketing, tenant relations, property showings, and inspections.Responsibilities:Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothlyEstablish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fairAdvertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenantsMaintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant's satisfactionQualifications:Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phoneHigh School Diploma or equivalentExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbout Company:We are a boutique real estate brokerage and property management company in Cedar City.
