Position Title: Real Estate Services Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Services Portfolio Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our team, responsible for providing essential administrative support, data management, and reporting services. Operating from our UnitedHealth Group Corporate Headquarters in Minnetonka, MN, you will have the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office, fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, reactivation, and termination of contractor ID numbers using Contractor Express system.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of contractor information within the Contractor Express system.
- Oversee the Real Estate Contractor inbox, responding to requests promptly and within established SLAs.
- Generate and maintain monthly and annual reports for access review and contractor status.
- Collaborate with Facility Managers and Coordinators to troubleshoot access card issues.
- Onboard non-CBRE contractors requiring system access or equipment, providing ongoing support.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Contractor Express for Real Estate team.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for technology approvals and access management.
- Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for real estate functions.
- Act as the primary Business Systems Liaison for the Real Estate Services team.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and system access for new hires.
- Procure and distribute hardware, software, and supplies as needed within department standards.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience supporting large teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
