Description: Job Description The Real Estate Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the real estate operations and store growth of one or more designated region(s) to ultimately achieve the organization's real estate growth goals. These individual leads and oversees the team of Senior Representatives, Representatives and Analysts supporting the regional operations and store growth while ensuring all efforts are aligning with the overall department goals. Up to 50% travel required.
Responsibilities: Provides management of the regional real estate activities including land and building acquisitions, leasing, site location and selection, and the disposition of underperforming stores and surplus properties (if applicable). Negotiates agreements, contracts and leases for existing stores and new sites. Collaborates with the Legal, Engineering, Design, and Construction departments to ensure department and regional real estate goals are met, and partners with these teams in the development process. Maintains an overall knowledge of the processes, procedures, and legalities within the region. Provides ongoing analyses of existing stores' metrics and new store performance projections; creates and implements solutions to enhance performance and profitability. Mentors and develops Real Estate Analysts as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Real Estate or related field preferred. 5 years of full development lifecycle real estate acquisitions experience OR 7+ years related commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.
