About the Role:
We are seeking passionate Account Executives to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience and cultivating strategic relationships. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing sectors, with a monthly origination volume of $5 million or more.
Position Summary:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for meeting specific loan production goals by establishing and nurturing ongoing business relationships with real estate investors across the United States. Expect a blend of inbound and outbound sales activities, including attending conferences and client meetings. Collaboration with our sales and operations teams is key, as you support customers throughout the loan cycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners.
- Drive sales and strengthen relationships with investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Maintain a client database using CRM tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and engage with customers regularly.
- Attend industry events and conferences to find and convert leads.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the borrower approval process.
- Grow the company's brand through various marketing strategies.
- Maintain transparent communication with customers throughout the loan process.
- Stay informed about industry and competitor trends.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business purpose lending.
- Ability to bring 10+ customer relationships to build your book of business.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- NMLS license required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Education:
College degree preferred.
