Responsibilities

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Display and market real property to possible buyers Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value Requirements Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school.
