Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Conduct eight open houses each month to maximize property exposure. Leverage lead generation systems to schedule client meetings. Regularly practice and refine sales techniques according to team guidelines. Actively participate in team events and initiatives. Attend all required coaching sessions, trainings, and partner discussions weekly. Provide sellers with expert advice on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies.
