Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Agent License
Responsibilities:
- Engage in networking activities
- Participate in community involvement initiatives
- Conduct phone calls to clients and prospects
- Implement marketing strategies via mail, social media, and the internet
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
- Locate suitable real estate properties
- Conduct home tours and showings
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Complete contracts accurately and efficiently
- Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish
- Maintain strong client relationships post-transaction
Education and Training:
