Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them navigate the buying and selling process Market properties through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services Assist clients in determining the right price for their property based on market conditions Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the negotiation and closing process Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and market conditions to provide accurate information to clients Requirements Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
