We're hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. If this position interests you, start your application today!Responsibilities:Enter client information into the database, monitor transaction activities, and submit required documents to ensure complianceArrange home inspections, repairs, showings, and open houses for both buyer and seller transactionsManage all administrative duties from executed purchase agreements to closing for both buyer and seller transactionsSecure seller approval for offers and counteroffers to ensure a smooth transaction processOrganize and participate in events related to the closing process, including coordinating moving schedules for both transactionsOversee post-closing systems, maintain communication with past clients, and ensure the integrity of financial systemsKeep lead agents updated on any issues or problems, providing proactive solutionsImplement projects as needed and handle all incoming and outgoing leads, prospects, and referralsCoordinate calendars and appointments for multiple team membersDeliver exceptional customer service, negotiate inspection responses, and resolve all closing issues for both buyers and sellersCollect all listing information, including property photos, pre-listing materials, and MLS research, to maintain listings on social media and in the MLSArrange showings and open houses to gather critical feedback for process improvementEnsure file compliance by submitting completed listing agreements, sellers' disclosures, and other documents to the office brokerQualifications:Previous experience in the real estate industryMust have high school diploma or GEDWeekend and evening availabilityCommunicates well, both verbally and writtenAt least 2 years experience in real estate or related industryTech savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quicklyAbout Company:We aren't just real estate professionals, we are community partners.
