Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Property Acquisition Specialist where you'll play a vital role in our market by engaging directly with both buyers and sellers on a regular basis. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-person appointments with property sellers, negotiating favorable terms for property acquisitions, handling incoming calls from potential sellers, and diligently following up with warm real estate leads. Additionally, you'll be engaging in proactive outreach through cold calling.

Compensation and Benefits:
