Worksite Location: Remote Compensation: $110,000 annually What you'll do as the Real Estate Account Manager: Support Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects Initiate renewal process for existing clients, and discusses and creates renewal strategy with Producer Analyze and compare current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, review quotes and coverage for competitiveness and accuracy Review, summarize, and finalize marketing results and prepares proposals Bind insurance coverage, prepare and review binders of insurance, and delegate certificates issuance Review policies, identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverage Prepare summaries and/or schedules of coverage for clients Prepare and maintains bordereaux for accounting and midterm transactions Review client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, corrects discrepancies, and contacts client on receivable collections What you'll bring to the Real Estate Account Manager role: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 6+ years of related work experience Valid insurance license Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills Good problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Take the first step on your new career path!
