Production team members work as part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The laborer is assigned to a team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

3rd shift- 40 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30 pm - 6:30 am)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and perform repetitive job tasks. Potentially rotate to a new task with varying physical requirements for each task. Cross-trained in different areas.
Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, following production orders.
Regular, dependable attendance.
Comply with safety, quality, and production standards requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Pass pre-employment tests
Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner.
