Rd Shift Core Machine Operator

Partners is looking for an Experienced Machine Operator for Leading manufacturer warehouse  flexible ductwork for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Pay rate 18.50.
Schedule  3rd Shift    10pm- 6pa m     Mon-Friday
37.5 hour Fulltime (overtime is mandatory for Saturdays)
Job Duties:      Core Machine Operator is the start of the production, glue/heats the material together so it can be filled when it passes over to the Duct line.  You will need to   Follow the production schedule given by the crew chief. Inspect the line to verify the raw materials are the correct ones (insulation, core, and jacket).Bring appropriate labels and spec sheets. Make the necessary changes of Mandrel and glass guide. Adjust the label gun to the date code corresponding to the date. Load the core tray with core and foil jackets, place them on the machine, the load the insulation into the glass unwind machine. Put the jackets on the Mandrel and start winding jacket machine. Operate the Duct Machine. Roll the product to the bagger. Maintain area and always keep clean.
Job Requirements:   Must be able to stand, bend, reach and pull.  This is a physical position. Also need to keep in mind that you will be working with fiber glass in the area.  All PPE must be followed.
2 years' experience operating machinery, Sense of urgency.  Able to lift 40lbs We are needing associates with a great attitude, good attendance, and someone that is looking for a job to become there home.
High School Diploma or equivalent High School Diploma or equivalent, must have good basic math skills and have legible handwriting.
