Responsibilities
• Ensure KPIs are met• Develop and drive staff engagement and retention• Build partnerships with local railroad officers• Act as key contact between ConGlobal and customers• Enforce company rules and policies• Administer disciplinary actions when required• Monitor and approve terminal purchases• Manage terminal budget• Partner with Talent Acquisition for staffing• Own training and orientation process for employees• Provide terminal metrics and reports• Perform other administrative and non-administrative duties
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in Intermodal, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management• 1-3 years leadership experience• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience• Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills• Excellent communication skills• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite• Strong work ethic• Open availability required• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
