Job Overview: RWJBH is seeking a Radiology Operations Manager for its outpatient RWJUH imaging at Plum Street
Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations Certified in any imaging modality, Certifications and Licenses Required: Certification in any imaging modality Scheduling Requirements: Days to work Full-Time schedule 40 hours/week Essential Functions: The Radiology Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of RWJUH Imaging at Plum Street, Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, coordinating schedules, and implementing quality control measures, Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, Knowledge of radiology equipment, regulations, and administrative tasks is also required, Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
