Position: R&D Technician (Entry Level) Department: Research & Development Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level R&D Technician. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D team to support the design, development of products and manufacturing processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data to characterize current processes and quantify potential process improvements. Work with operators to understand the nuances of processes and develop standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and suggest creative solutions to design and process issues. Conduct experiments and tests to assess the performance of products. Effectively communicate technical results and recommendations by summarizing data and communicating results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in ln Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Dedication to delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong Technical writing skills Flexible team player, self-motivated, ability to be adaptable and to work independently and as part of a team.
