Job Description We are seeking a responsive, accountable, and flexible individual to support our NASA customer in administering and coordinating a fast-paced, innovative, and high-visibility R&D program office. If you would enjoy leveraging your strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep technical materials logically organized, this is your chance to work with a variety of accomplished engineers and researchers charting aviation's future.
Our preference is for the successful candidate to reside in the Washington D.C. metro area to be able to attend in-person meetings at NASA HQ as needed; however, we will consider candidates from outside the area.
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 / Annual salary based on skills and experience. Qualifications B.S. or B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar degree 1 – 5 years of experience is desirable Proven interpersonal communication skills Adept in note-taking, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, recording and tracking action items, and other administrative and logistical duties A technical background is not required; however, the ability to grasp high-level technical concepts is helpful to be able to carry out the core administrative and coordination requirements of the position US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is required Additional Information Visit: for additional information on our company.
