Responsibilities arrow_right Conducts order validations and entries Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System Qualifications arrow_right Bachelor's degree required or compensating years of experience. 3+ years of Industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
