• Test systems and components• Isolate and troubleshoot problems• Drive vehicles for testing purposes• Inspect and refill fluid levels• Ensure proper tire pressure and lubrication• Install oil drain plug and oil filter• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repairs• Repair or replace worn parts• Use power tools and hand tools for tasks
Requirements
• Deep understanding of automobiles• Speedy diagnostic abilities• Effective analytical and communication skills• Eagerness to improve• Ability to learn new technology and procedures• High School Diploma or GED• ASE Certification/Technical degree preferred• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
