Support the execution of the Company business plan by overseeing quality related activities and quality department personnel. Assist management in integrating and interpreting ISO and Safety processes into business process. To support the execution of the Company business plan by planning, implementing and coordinating Safety programs to prevent unsafe environmental working conditions and by assisting in the integration of ISO programs into business management processes
 Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and five years technical and regulatory experience or equivalent Background in principles of the ISO Quality Management Systems and leading ISO audits Experience in manufacturing operations preferably in the stamping or fabrication industries with technical knowledge of parts manufacturing Experience in quality system audits Thorough understanding of GD&T Experience and knowledge in PC DMIS preferred Understands the care and use of a variety of variable and attribute gages Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs Strong attention to detail with proven ability to problem solve and employ root cause analysis process Strong computer skills, Windows environment including MS Office Suite and exposure to ERP systems Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English with excellent communication skills Must be a team player, a self-starter, a problem solver and adaptable  Primary Duties:
Plan, direct, coordinate and continuously improve the ISO quality management system of the organization Direct, coordinate and supervise quality department operations, personnel, and workload Remain current with, maintain, and apply knowledge of current ISO Standards Implement policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system in supporting the execution of the Company business plan Responsible for Gauge Calibration tracking, compliance, and process management PPAP documentation review and submissions CMM / Faro operations as needed Internal Audits including but not limited to QMS audits, dock audits, process & product audits
