About this position: Quality Program Administrator Under the direct supervision of the Director of QRM, manages activities and processes within the PPGNHAIK Quality Risk Management Program to ensure the safe delivery of care and compliance with all regulatory standards. What you'll be doing: Assures compliance with internal and external regulations of the agency by maintaining and monitoring the incident reporting system, collecting and dissemination reports, and coordinating and conducting audits. Provides analytic support, gathering data from a variety of databases and complying analytical reports. Compensation: PPGNHAIK's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the pay grade. The pay range is $48K- $95K (annually). Major Responsibilities: Maintains and monitors the Incident Reporting System, disseminating reports based on the database for tracking and trending purposes. Assures affiliate compliance with regulatory requirements by the collection and dissemination of adverse event reports, state mandated abortion reports and PPFA/ARMS reports. Assists in the development of and provides oversight for the Quality Risk Management Audit Workplans. Coordinates and conducts audits by preparing audit plans, pulling EHR samples, creating action plans and dissemination results to the Clinical Services QRM and Organizational QRM. Prepares reports on a regularly scheduled or ad hoc basis for various stakeholders; dashboards, spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations. Also creates new databases and reporting tools for monitoring, tracking, and trending based on project specifications. Conducts complex data analysis, develops tools, graphics, and presentations to disseminate data and present identified opportunities to management and various stakeholders. Manages internal and external expectations around project scope by effectively communicating analysis status and managing the workflow. Responsible for the timely completion of projects, including timeline development and maintenance, and coordination of activities and data collection with requesting internal departments or external requestors. Gathers and analyzes customer service feedback to identify trends and issues based on the Press Ganey Patient Experience Survey. Shares results with stakeholder and leads improvement efforts. Identifies the need for, and facilitates, Root Cause Analysis Teams, and monitors subsequent action plans. Serves as a process improvement consultant as needed. Participates in and leads TeamSTEPPS patient safety/team communication initiatives. Monitors health center compliance with policies and procedure by performing annual health center assessments. Performs or assists with performing Quality Program orientation for new managers, clinicians, and medical staff. Provides Quality updates and training at management and Board meetings as needed. Ensures HIPAA compliance standards regarding patient privacy and confidentiality. Affiliate wide expectations: Adheres to the code of conduct and all policies, procedures, and protocols. Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of professionalism. Supports and acts in accordance with the customer service standards. Values continuous learning and seek ongoing training and development. Demonstrates and models diversity awareness. Supervisory Responsibilities: None required. Education: Bachelors Master's degree in a related field preferred. Experience: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to functions independently Proficient computer skills and software skills; knowledge of Microsoft software and EMR. Microsoft WORD, Strong Excel skills, Outlook, Share Point, Survey Gizmo, Power Point Knowledge of Medical Terminology Certifications: CPHQ preferred.
