Immediate opening for a hands on Quality Manager with a knowledge of Injection Molding. Must have 5 years experience in a production enviroment. Experience with ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 required.
Manage and direct all quality functions for injection molding plant. Maintaining and updating quality management systems documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEA, Process Control Plan, and completion of PPAP Process. Maintaining in process documentation such as Operator Check Sheets, Work Instructions, Quality Alerts, Customer Complaints, and Corrective Action. Training quality inspectors to perform daily quality functions. Manage incoming and out going inspection functions. Assist in training production operators. Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve any quality issues. Follow up with required documentation and records of communications. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excell, Power Point, Acess, and Outlook is required. CMM and MicroView operation is required. Candidate must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and written with staff and customers.
