• Associate degree in Engineering, bachelor's preferred• Strong knowledge of micro-electronic components• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Manager• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and MIL-PRF - 38534• Excellent communication and time management skills• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills• Computer literate, including MS Office
