Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager Be Part of a Dynamic Team! As the Quality Manager for a pioneering New Product Industrialization Team, you will be at the forefront of developing a robust and innovative Supplier Quality and Industrialization structure. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to elevate our current quality process.
Key Responsibilities: Head the quality initiative for a novel business unit, with the primary objective of industrializing new products using a more organized and methodical approach. Devise the plans, procedures, and methods that will ensure the adherence to our quality standards. Implement new processes and tools for supplier qualification, First Article Inspection (FAI) activities, incoming receiving inspection, lot control, supplier performance, work instructions, manufacturing travelers, assembly, and test procedures, among others. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Certified Quality Engineer/Auditor (ASQC) preferred. Minimum of 5 years in a Quality systems management role. Profound knowledge and implementation experience of ISO 9001 quality systems. Experience with all aspects of quality assurance practices for both government and commercial sectors. Comprehensive understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) / Blueprint reading skills. Unquestionable integrity. Proven leadership ability. Excellent communication, problem-solving, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
