Join our team as a Quality Facilitator and play a vital role in maintaining compliance for our Clinical Service Departments.Summary: The Quality Facilitator - Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing quality improvement initiatives in hospice, home health, Thrive at Home, residential health care, CCH, and palliative care. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Compliance, this role plays a crucial part in upholding high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Employment Status: Full-TimeMonday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: Starts at $56,000+/annually

Must possess a valid Kansas Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Ability to understand federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the following programs: hospice, home health, home support, residential health care and palliative care. Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels. Strong planning and problem-solving skills demonstrate ability to utilize technology to display data analysis.
Preferred: Registered Nurse degree and/or previous experience working with accreditation and/or compliance.
