Quality Engineering Supervisor

Amotec is actively seeking a

Quality Engineering Supervisor

for an industry leading, multi-billion dollar manufacturing company. In this role, the

Quality Engineer Supervisor

will oversee a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians to ensure all quality functions meet and exceed company expectations. This position has a direct growth plan into a Quality Manager role.

Responsibilities:
Maintain the quality manual and update as necessary
Regularly audit internal systems for compliance related issues
Review and monitor all quality standards
Manage all quality related personnel performing source inspection, quality audits and the release of products
Ensure all deadlines are being met by team members
Manage the process engineering group to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5+ years of Quality Engineering experience
Previous experience supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians and/or Inspectors
Knowledge of Quality based computer systems
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role
