Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Quality departments. Perform various administrative tasks including scanning, tracking, creating packets, preparing reports, and data entry. Enter and maintain Engineering schedules. Print and assemble job packets with required paperwork. Manage non-conformance lists and tool calibration program. Enter and manage Engineering change requests. Scan documents into the online repository. Review and submit required documents to customers. Complete inspection paperwork using Excel. Assist in other projects as needed. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Additional Requirements:
