Responsibilities
• Champion Product Safety and Quality certification programs• Communicate essential information to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality systems• Collaborate with other resources to build a transformational quality system• Develop and grow quality inspectors and testers• Oversee the maintenance of testing labs and equipment• Support commercialization initiatives and product trials• Investigate quality exceptions and quarantine off quality product• Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions• Investigate off quality claims and complaints• Provide operations with reports on key quality performance indicators
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or three years of progressive experience in Quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment• Experience with standard inspection and physical testing methods• Experience leading initiatives and working through others to accomplish goals
Key Skills Needed
• Experience with HACCP or SQF certifications and program management• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Analytical and problem-solving skills
