RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN Quality Coordinator for Community Medical Center.
Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.
Qualifications: Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma Acute care experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Certifications and Licenses Required: BLS certification Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Preferred: BSN Scheduling Requirements: Day shift, 40 hours per week Essential Functions: Quality Resource Services RN Outcomes Coordinator will assist the Quality Manager and AVP of Quality Resource Services & Organizational Development in developing an organizational culture of quality care and performance improvement Utilizes a variety of data reports to measure, analyze and improve clinical quality and outcomes Performs chart audits, workflow analysis, root cause analysis and other activities to measure and monitor clinical quality and safety Will recommend, implement and monitor appropriate measures to track performance and identify areas of opportunity, facilitating improvement teams when these opportunities exist The focus of this position will be clinical in nature, with particular emphasis supporting the medical staff's performance improvement efforts Benefits and Perks: At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
