Quality Control Weld Inspector Catoosa Location Day and Night Shift Available $24/hr w/OT Carries out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications and procedures in order to verify that the product meets specified requirements. Must be able to effectively use, read and interpret a tape measure. Performs incoming, in-process and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies to determine compliance. Electronically records the results to provide evidence that the product has been inspected, whether accepted or rejected. The Inspector is required to handle any nonconforming product in accordance with established work instructions and other quality system procedures. Must be able to read and interpret Engineering drawings and Customer specifications. Must have weld inspection experience. AWS D1.1 experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Nondestructive Examinations and Powder Coating. Inspection will work closely with Manufacturing to ensure full compliance to Engineering requirements. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department. Mag Particle Inspection, preferred. High school diploma or GED. Experience with calibration of inspection and test equipment preferred. Experience in an ISO 9001environment preferred. 2-3 years experience of weld inspector experience. #MG
