Job Responsibilities Candidate will perform activities to support the Quality Management System. Must review material, equipment, and systems quality through examination, inspection, measurement, or testing of raw materials and components. Perform product testing to support complaint investigations and stability verification. Must review finished goods batch records and production batch records DHR's (device history record) for accuracy. Report all deviations in these records and assure they've been resolved prior to issuing approval. Will participate in the internal audit program. Decontaminate returned instruments in a Biohazard level II environment documenting decontamination as required. Inspect returned instruments for damage and perform basic investigation and document results prior to second level processing. Process instrument documentation for return to repair facility and pack instruments as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical area or equivalent combination of experience and education. Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices GMP and GLP At least one year in quality assurance role in medical device industry is preferred. Ability to follow procedures and accurately document results.
