Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid) Ref No: 1382 We are currently working with a leading consumer goods organization recognized globally for their commitment to quality.  As they look to enhance the experience on their team, they are looking to add a Quality Control Manager.  This is a hybrid role – in office 2 days per week.
Position Description: Reports to the Global Director of Quality. Oversee a team of four responsible for all aspects of quality control throughout the production process. Engage with customers, suppliers and internal operations to resolve quality issues, perform audits, and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage data and analytics to drive better decisions. Participate on cross functional teams regarding new product introductions, new locations and cost reductions. Background Required: 5 years of experience in Quality; ideally 1-2 years in people management. Strong understanding of cGMP standards and regulations in food & beverage, skincare or pharmaceutical industry required. Prefer a solid analytical skill set to be able to read and take decisions on lab reports. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
