Quality Control Manager Responsibilities: ?Supervise laboratory personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards in a safe and efficient manner
?Manage quality control operations to meet product specifications and ensure customer satisfaction
?Evaluate potential raw materials for use in cement manufacturing to enhance product quality
?Provide technical expertise on cement quality and oversee testing methodologies.
?Train and support laboratory staff in their duties
?Maintain accuracy of lab equipment and calibration for precise analysis
?Maintain quality control records and prepare necessary reports.
?Stay updated on lab equipment, standards, and regulations
Quality Control Manager Requirements: ?Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
?Minimum five years' of quality control management within the cement industry required
?Proficiency in cement chemistry and analytical testing procedures
?Familiarity with relevant ASTM specifications and regulations
?Strong interpersonal and communication skills
?Computer proficiency, preferably with Microsoft Office and SAP
?Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment focused on quality
