Responsibilities
• Manage the quality control plan and modify as needed for project specifications• Perform routine inspections to assure project specifications are met• Work with fabricators management team on quality control issues• Review welding defects and take remedial actions• Manage Quality Control program for specific mechanical systems• Inspect orders for completeness, quality, and shipping damage• Coordinate with Owners QA team, field inspectors, and Third Party Inspection Companies• Prepare daily progress and status reports
Requirements
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to establish timelines• Ability to multi-task• Proven record of career stability and quality control success• Experience: 5 years as Quality Control inspector, team management experience preferred• CWI Certification highly preferred• Solid computer skills• Experience with Procore software preferred
