Job summary
Quality Control InspectorPay: $22/hr.Hours: Night shift Monday- Friday
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Carries out inspection and test activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications, and procedures• Performs incoming, in-process, and final dimensional and visual inspection and/or testing of materials and products• Records the results of inspections and tests• Reads and interprets Engineering drawings and Customer specifications• Has working knowledge of industry welding codes (AWS D1.1) and standards• Has working knowledge of Nondestructive Examinations and Powder Coating• Uses a variety of precision and non-precision inspection and test equipment• Interfaces with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel
Requirements
• Must have welding experience• High school diploma or GED• Experience with calibration of inspection and test equipment preferred• Experience in an ISO 9001 environment preferred
