Responsibilities
• Improve provider performance on quality care metrics• Design and implement performance improvement strategies• Collaborate with medical leadership to identify barriers• Interpret data from multiple sources for performance visualization• Demonstrate proficient computer skills and attention to detail• Perform administrative duties as necessary• Possess knowledge of healthcare coding and provider workflows• Maintain company confidentiality• Utilize superior communication skills• Manage workload and prioritize tasks
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in the health industry• Experience in care gap management and/or coding preferred• Experience working with medical professionals preferred• Organized and self-motivated• Proficient in computer skills and communication• Comfortable with continuous change and conflict resolution• Bachelor's degree in a related field• Certified Medical Assistant certificate preferred• Experience with Value Based Care programs required
