$2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd or weekend shift.
Schedule:
2nd shift Mon - Fri starting at 3:30 pm OR
Essential Functions:
-Conduct operational monitoring of facilities, equipment, work operations, and personnel;
-Perform visual monitoring of raw materials, to ensure product meets specifications (quality, weight, etc.)
-Perform monitoring and testing of manufacturing processes involving metal detection, injection, packaging, and/or antimicrobial interventions
-Monitor compliance with Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Good Warehouse Practices (GWPs); interact with manufacturing or distribution management as first point of contact for food safety/quality issues
-Compliance: Comply with all workplace safety, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program, and facility policy requirements. Comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Warehouse Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, and food safety/quality management system standards.
Administrative Duties: Accurately and completely document the results of required monitoring and testing activities
Attendance: Regular, timely attendance to meet company and customer needs
Other duties as assigned: Perform special projects or activities as assigned by FSQA management.
