Job Description Conduct investigations emanating from customer complaints. Perform internal quality audits. Maintain Supplier Corrective Action activities including issuance and closure of SCAR's. Perform analysis of returned goods and determine proper disposition. Maintain assigned tasks within CatsWeb complaint system. Identify if complaints have direct impact on manufacturing process and present findings to management. Enter and track NCMR's. Perform calibration activities when necessary. Qualifications Associate degree preferred. One (1) to three (3) years of related experience. Experience in a FDA regulated environment desired. Preferably Medical device industry. Technical proficiency with measurement devices and calibration. Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel. Additional Information Flexible and casual working environment.
