ARETUM is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the activity of quality assurance deliverables, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing to evaluate product and service performance.
Provide development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and implement procedures that conform to contract requirements.
Conduct independent assessments of the project's software development process implementation relative to defined processes, recommending optimization methods.
Take responsibility for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Conduct Quality Assurance audits, reviewing and analyzing data and documentation to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement procedures and test plans to assure quality in a system development environment supporting large databases and applications.
Requirements
Active TS/SCI
Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of a product or service to maintain a desired level of quality.
Knowledge of quality management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), particularly ISO 9001.
Experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a similar role within a government or intelligence agency setting.
